(4) Lunch:

Lunch is Not included in your registration fee. You are required to have lunch at the restaurants in or around EPOCHAL. For more information for the restaurants, please see "EPOCHAL GOURMET MAP" which will be distributed at the reception desk when you register. There are also several shops that sell light foods and drinks around EPOCHAL. The convenience store, Seven-Eleven is 1-minute walk from EPOCHAL.

(5) Exchange of money: 

In Narita Airport: 
We recommend you to exchange the money in Narita Airport, because October 13 is a National Holiday in Japan and most Japanese banks will be closed from October 11 to 13.
Tokyo: We also recommend you to exchange the money in Tokyo (except October 11 to 13 or other weekends). Because it is not easy to find the bank you can exchange in Tsukuba. 
At Tsukuba center (15 minutes walk from EPOCHAL):

* If you pay the registration fee at reception desk on the conference day, please be sure to exchange your money. Non-Japanese money is Not available.
