Presentations
Oral presentations
- Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers). (Time required for presenter change and computer connection is included.)
- Presentations must use a computer or a projector. (Presenters must bring a laptop computer with them.) (Please bring laptop computers that have a VGA output terminal for an external monitor (D-Sub 15-Pin)) If you use a laptop whose output terminal is not D-Sub 15-Pin, such as VAIO (SONY), iBook (Apple) and MacBook Pro (Apple), please bring a conversion adapter such as a Mini DVI-VGA or DVI-VGA adapter. (We will not provide loudspeakers.)
- Presenters must operate laptops during presentations by themselves.
- If you link your presentation data with images, videos, graphs, etc., please make sure that such linked materials are stored on your laptop and operations are pre-tested.
- The waiting room for presenters (XXX) will be equipped with a projector that can be used for preparation.
- Please cooperate with us by keeping to your allocated time.
