Specifications for digital image files:

• All poster images must contain the written title of 「冬の炎」or “Flame in Winter” on them with graphics.
• All image files must be in resolution of 250 dpi and in JPG format. The titles of the files must be in half-width alphanumeric.
1. The art work for display should be in A1 (841mm×594mm) size, vertically or horizontally, in CMYK mode..
   
2. The image data for the picture book should be in A6(148mm×105mm)size, , vertically or horizontally, in CMYK mode.
3. The artist’s profile photo should be in 40mm×30mm, vertical setting only, in gray scale mode.
• On the entry form page, artists should fill in the title of their work, their name, the name of their institution and the country or area where they live.
  We create a tag, as in the following example, to be attached to the artwork.
  ex: ART WORK TITLE, YAMADA TARO, ANBD UNIVERSITY, TOKYO
• No artworks should use a name of a country, national flags and any colour images and/or elements that signify a particular country.
• Only original artworks can be submitted. All artists should sign on and submit the form of “Pledge on copyright” to their regional office.

Notes:

All art works must be submitted in accordance with the submission requirements and must be posted online by the deadline. We cannot accept any works by emails, mail or hand-delivery.
