This symposium will represent the third in a series of conferences on the topic. The first at Ohio State University in 1998, the second at La Clusaz in France.
The Symposium will cover very important issue of how doctoral level of design education should be structured and what are the specific knowledge system for high level design education. From the perspective of Design Knowledge, Kansei and Industry, Doctoral Education in Design in the 21st century will be discussed and shared.
