Notes for Parallel Session Chairperson

All Presenters

All presenters should come together 10 minutes before the presentation at the presentation room. Chairperson will confirm the name, title, affiliation of the presenter. If the presenter will not show up this meeting, may have been declared as cancelled.

Oral Presentation

1. Your presentation schedule is shown and updated on http://www.6thADC.com/
2. 15 minutes of presentation, 4 minutes of discussion, 1 minutes of shift the presenter.
3. All presentation should be made with a set of Data Projector and screen in principle.

We can not prepare Slide, OHP or VTR for all rooms. Only if there are INEVITABLE situation, you have to contact us From 1st to 5th October at paper@6thadc.com. However, this will not promise our preparation for the presentation. Please try to prepare devices by yourself.
　

Poster Presentation

1. All presenters should come together 10 minutes before the presentation at the presentation room. Chairperson will confirm the name, title, affiliation of the presenter. If the presenter will not show up this meeting, may have been declared as cancelled.
2. Poster presentation will be from 11:20 to 12:20 on 15th, October. You can confirm schedule on http://www.6thADC.com/
3. Prepare poster presentation before 11:00 on 15th, October. Keep post your presentation al least by 16th, October. You may keep the poster by end of conference. However all materials should be removed on 12:00, 15th. We will dispose all materials after 12:00 on 17th, October.
4. Poster presentation can be made on the board with1m width and 2m tall.
   The board is covered with textile and push-pins can be applied to poster.
5. You can present small 3D object or personal computers. However we will not offer power supply for electric device.
   　

Note for presenter

We have to remind you to register to the conference to complete your submission to the conference. If you cannot present your paper at the conference, we have to regard your submission as canceled.
Also, all presenters are invited to the opening party(14th) and farewell party (17th), please join the parties.
